Is this the most optimal stack for face and height changes in puberty?

My case is different than the typical. Despite being freshly 18 of age my tanner stage is 3.8 and I have constitutional delayed puberty, My bone age is 15 from a recent scan. Was 5’7 at 16 and now 6’0 at 18, parents are average at 5’11 and 5’6
Now to the logical stack Im planning to run for a year and half: 250MG TEST, 8IU HGH, Erda and Arimidex (for controlled E2)
Hypothetically I could end up 6’4-6’6 final height? What are your guys thoughts?
