Nahhh not MTN. Even without frame he’s solid HTN. I didn’t include body in this rating, SMV wise I’d say Chadlite. I’ve seen people like him slay at parties.

I think that’s just a weird puberty pic. Everyone has some of those even Chads. You can see here as a kid he had very good potential: robust neck, good amount of pren T looks ect.
