Is this the right type of Hydrocortisone

Anyone know if this is the right one because I been using this for around a week now and haven’t seen any changes.

My routine was just to leave it on my nose tip for 15 ish minutes and then to wash it off.

Yes its the right one, 1% Hydrocortisone cream. Give it some more time before you see results & keep in mind that the effects are mild on your nose's width.
