I did some searching and it is called submandibular lymph nodes and apparently it is enlarged or something like that and this could be either infection or just toxins idk will definitely check a doctor

Its not i can promise u. U also have high mentolabial angle. I have this exact same thing. The treatment is decompensation to create overbite, and once achevied, BSSO. Perhaps u would benefit from small genio as well though.
