Id opt for taller shoes instead of more lifts so it isnt blatant, af1 adds a inch and then add like 4cm of lifts on top and ur around 6,5-6,6 or u can buy alexander mcqueens they add like 2 inches and just put a inch under the sole bcus if u buy high lifts they hurt ur ankles when walking around so its better to also pair with tall shoes
