2 oranges, 2 bananas, 1 apple and 5 dates out of which 2 mabroom dates, 2 Kalmi dates 1 ajwa date and thats it for the day, no processed sugar or refined carbs at all likr never ,but should i stop eating all this ami overeating please help??
