Take a look at the pics. You just have to wear a removable appliance for roughly 8-12 hours daily when you sleep and use it regularly for about a year to two. Is the looksmax justified? Basically your mandible will come forward, perfect bite, wider palate and maxilla, better lips in addition to being a nasal breather and no tmj, etc.

I got this 2 weeks ago for this and it has helped health wise, better breathing, sleep and upperbody strength. Apparently it will take a while for the physical appearance to improve.
