It's not retinol but it does convert to retinol in your skin
from what I've heard it's not very effective but might as well use it if you have it.

As far as i know. Tretinoin is the most "agressive" and benifical type of Vitamine A for skin.

i just started a toner for the first time. couple of days ago. it helps to absop everything into skin. I'm positive about toners.

- toners. i dunno. just a simple non fragrance one. anywhere.
- serums. I love the ordinairy. I would by a serum that helps/does what you need for you skin.
scroll here what serums they have and if you have to fight something. you can add that one.
