Hmm not really. I think Indian women have pretty low standards. I can show you pics of ltns with HTB pajeetas. Most of them have self esteem issues. I can only talk about younger women tho. Maybe what OP is saying is true for older curry foids.

Bollywood has a handful of gold among a sea of trash tbh, but gold nonetheless.
No, i disagree. i think as we make progress toward true egalitarianism, media halo etc. will become irrelevant, but looking at the current, not sure if this can ever really be achieved tbh. there'll always be someone at the recieving end of human biases.

and as south asians integrate into western culture slowly like how blacks did in the 50s, 60s, etc, things will start to change, but still there's a lot to be done
