The person who runs that website is a scamming weirdo who runs a fake facepulling course on instagram, so I wouldn't trust anything that person says. However, it's possible that braces can mess up your face if you get extractions or treatment for a malocclusion

Uh i guess technically it can be bad for you face since if you're teeth are really fucked up in can literally move around you're mouth (a bit)
but if you have that bad of teeth to begin with then don't open you're mouth anyways.

for 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of people. It will definitely help.
I got invisalign and From week 1 to week 22 I saw a big difference in my face structure.
