Within the ideal range. More size would give a slighty increased SMV , but it’s a bonus, not a requirement. This is already in the zone where most girls would find it appealing and be satisfied.
What is “Ideal “

What is “Ideal “
I meant in terms of size.
There’s a range where adding more muscle doesn’t significantly increase attractiveness or overall SMV. The big jump happens when you go from skinny/skinny‑fat/overweight to having noticeable muscle fullness that transformation gives a massive boost to how attractive you look and how people perceive you. Boosts looks/attractiveness and also how you feel health, energy, everything improves once you hit that solid, full look. Further size = tiny ROI.

But once you already have good, visible muscle fullness like this guy, pushing further in size won’t give anywhere near the same return. The ROI drops hard.

So in terms of efficiency, just lifting until you reach that solid, full, athletic look is the easiest path and gives the highest payoff for the effort you put in.
