Is this type of purging normal on accutane?

My skin is worse than its ever been I never had this much acne before on my face. Ive been using tret 0.5 percent for 4 months and decided to get on isotret because i still had some acne and scars two months ago. Ive been using low dose 20mg and bilastine to avoid purging but it didnt do anything.

That is fucking insane purge but yes that can happen as its just bringing up all the shit that was beneath the skin in the first place.

You just have to wait it out and it will go down. Atleast yk it works.
