Btw all that trimax has managed to do is make your chin massive and fuck your harmony, didn't really realize too much until running a couple morphs

You could consider chin reduction aswell, mostly just height, but not too much

You don't need to go the gym to loose weight. Just stop eating so much. Here's a blackpill for you; not only is metabolism genetic, but so is appetite. So saying just stop eating so much doesn't help. It really is hard for some guys. More so if they choose food to cope with being sub5.

It has happened. But the thing is that it's super dependent on the shape of the maxilla and how deficient some guys bones are.

This guy for example had great amounts of maxilla length to enchadify. This guy went from an unimpressive jawline and terrible personality to straight up Chadlite. He got cheekbone implants and jaw angle custom implants. The big bone of his face was already good, so there was a foundation for implants to take him to Chad teir. Surgery can amplify the foundations of your face, but the foundations are the most important thing.

What's the real reason for not getting a rhino? I mean your nose right now is a falio, no getting around that. But I'd understand more if you're worried about the nose job getting botched, it's one of the surgeries with the most revisions.

The pictures of the after 8 months are actually pretty good. He doesn't look bad at all. But in the after 3 years you can clearly see he relapsed and lost most of what he had gained. That's because surgery restores some function briefly, and that looks good, but ultimately once you are left to your own habits, because those haven't changed you are gonna relapse, it's inevitable. With surgery you haven't fixed the underlying issue but just hid it for a couple months.

Take this mewing shit elsewhere. Relapse isn't even whatever you think it is.
