Yes plan is working Out 3x a week moderataly with my dumbells. .
And getting atleast 120g Protein in daily
And No Fastfood anymore and sugar
But i dont know how much cals to eat daily .
To Go from 25 to 15 in 3-4 months while keeping and even building muscle
