U won’t lose muscle if u eat adequate protein and do either slow paced cardio like walking or high intensity like sprinting

Maybe go for ground beef? My daily breakfast is a 80/20 grassfed burger patty, 3 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon, very filling

Regular exercise does not age you, there is a horseshoe effect where too little and too much of it will, hence i say you must do REGULAR exercise aka something in the middle, you still need to exercise especially if you are fat not exercising will likely age you far more than exercising to lose weight

I avoid strenuous exercise during starvemaxxing because it would make me impulse hungry. I only do chill exercises like walking and cycling.
