I've seen so many guys recently talking about how it's going to be their year,how they are going to lock in and stuff.
But the question is,are you really disciplined and dedicated enough to make a change?
You have 365 days in hand and to see significant improvement,you must utilise every single day.
Some will give up midway because they think it's difficult but some will grind till the very end and that spirit/mindset is what that will take them to success.

Dude it’s not a fucking year thing where you just “pick a year to lock in” it’s a commitment and if you’re not willing to better your life now then why even do it to begin with. The new year new me bullshit is exactly that just bullshit
