There are many ways but if you want the easiest just ask LLMs like grok is really good at this. Give grok and the website ask it to find the thread and give you the link. Click on it and you can see the thread.

if u have it, sure. wont do an awful lot since mct is low solubility w dut, but if u make drinkable solutions ur fine.
