thumb pulling is essentially a very inconsistent way of trying to replicate a rpe, you will not have consistent force applied on your palate like an rpe has due to fatigue hence you wont make progress unless ur thumbs are there 24/7 for months and no ones doing ts
Can u tell me how to do it? Cus im hearing different things on TikTok

If anyone could name the 7 or more perfect surgeries that Salludon, Jordan Wood, Chalom, etc had to have gotten over a year and a half time span to get the results they did, then please do inform me.

Ultimately thumbpulling is probably cope for most normies due to extreme autistic hyperfixation, technique, and nuance that varies case by case. However, if you are determined enough and implement other means of CCW rotation (Hard chewing, clenching forwards, perma mewing, etc) then I do believe you can reap the benefits.

I view the benefits of palate expansion and CCW unique to thumbpulling and unreplicatable by surgery. See gif attached. However, many people would not even benefit from this movement (Example being clavicular who already has an overly compact midface)

There is nuance to these things.
