do not bother looking into methods pushed by looksmaxxing influencers on tiktok, 95% of them are bullshit to cover up their surgery or to simply get you to buy their course.

if you are interested in expanding your maxilla and you're under the age of 18, visit your orthodontist for a talk about a palate expander, and get a facemask alongside it if you're interested in forward growth. Above 18 or in a case where your maxillary sutures are fused, you need surgical assistance to get a palate expander.

there is obviously no studies showing whether thumb pulling works or not, but no it will most likely not have any effects on your looks. And even if it did it would defiantly give a unsymmetrical result.

It's not bs, I was 15 in first pic. I did a few things along side thumb pulling like having a tougher diet and fixing my posture but thumb pulling defo helped

It works because after my first week of Thumpbulling, I woke up one morning with a palate as wide as Chad's and looked incredibly sexy. Thumpbulling works, no plastic surgery. Just do it one week, be Chad the next
