Is thumbpulling working?

I've been thumbpulling for a couple months now and just 5 days ago i heard a crack from both sides of my jaw while doing it. What the fuck is happening? Now that i keep doing it i keep hearing more and more cracks from each side around the lefort 2 area. I also hear the cracks when i open my mouth widely. Am i just TMJpainmaxxing without realizing? Please help.

If you only knew how hard ive been trying to, ive went to multiple people and barely any knew what MSE an MSDO are and those who knew said my palate is completely fine (i have permanent eyebags and a really REALLY narrow smile) the amount of bluepill is inmessurable

MSE is the surgery that puts an expander through the bone, it's used in those who are older, their bones have fused so their palate can't be widened naturally, a Palate expander is just a device you put in your palate and it expands, you can do this as long as you're under 18.

Thanks for explaining, but yeah, ive been told it wouldnt work on me (altough the dentists who have said that havent even seen an xray of my palate) i'm 16 but im not sure if its fused or not either. Ive been investigating about expanders and i'm thinking of getting one but im scared of only moving the teeth instead of the actual maxilla.

your maxilla widens laterally, your cheekbones, lips, nose bridge and nostrils get wider, even your ipd widens lol, just order one online, there are guides on here
