I already have a deep voice but I want an even deeper one. Are the results from thyroplasty permanent? I saw some people saying your voice will eventually go back to your old one.

I think they are talking about fat injections to your vocal cords but i dont have much knowledge about thyroplasty.

My voice is actually deep and foids mention it too. Even in online games I have had people say "the guy that sounds like he smokes 40 packs of cigarettes a day."

I just want an even deeper voice.
