A few years ago, when I used Tinder, I heard guys saying it was getting harder every year. I don’t know, I didn’t notice. I guess I didn’t use it long enough to see a difference. I wonder if it’s worse now than it was in 2020, and if 2020 was worse than 2015.

Girls actually used dating apps to meet up a few years ago now they just treat it like a video game for dopamine & attention spike , i used the same profile and was able to get lots of slays last yr and the year b4 that now nothing ..

Kinda a shame… Tinder was a good way to meet women if you’re a decent-looking guy. Meeting women offline takes more effort if you aren't very outgoing person naturally or just feel like going out.

Excellent point. I guess aging also matter i.e. when you turn 29 -> 30 maybe a lot of girls don't see you because they filter out guys 30 and over etc.

But if, hypothetically, the same young 7–8/10 guy (not a gigachad, because he’d do well every year) used Tinder in 2017, and then an identical guy did in 2025, would he do worse now?
