What causes this unevenness in the lower third reigon ? Is there a fix for something like this ? Would fillers work or implants ?

Fillers is the dumbest way to fix it. You need to align to jaw

I’m using an appliance right now that is expanding + fixing all my TMJ and symmetry issues all in one. Crazy ascensions on the website
