Is Tomazzo and Mike Mew all cope?

I have been wearing a retainer for about 2 years and am wondering if I should stop because it is not allowing me to achieve forward growth with mewing. I saw a couple videos from Tomazzo on YouTube and was wondering if he is a coper or if mewing actually is good for your teeth and palate over time and is better than wearing a retainer

Ya ik they def will. I can always get braces again in my 20s when my face is fully developed. But if I can increase forward growth by sacrificing teeth for a bit I would def do that

if you can afford it, go for it
but braces may revert the progress
i highly suggest finding the closest orthotropic and going to them
