I do multiple sessions a day and I honestly don’t see what everyone is talking about. People argue fatigue but honestly that’s for whiny cry babies who can’t walk more than 30 mins. I have been starvemaxxing for the last week and a half so I’m quite malnourished. I’ve honestly seen more benefits and have had no problem.
Sessions:
1st session (on the walking pad) 3 speed for 60 mins
2nd session (15 incline 3.5 speed) usually for 30 minutes
3 and 4ish: kinda a bonus but I like to walk around my city for about 2-3 miles after every cardio session.
I burn around 1000-1200 calories (and I still incorporate heavy weight lifting and my strength hasn’t declined)
Lmk your thoughts I think it’s bullshit and cope
