Is Topical minoxidil on Eyebrows worth it?

This is what my eye area looks like rn. I feel like it's one of my weakest features. Should I put 5% topical minoxidil foam on my eyebrows, which should make my eye area more striking? I know my eyebrows are pretty good, but I feel they could be a little fuller.
