Is Torso length/size (and waist to an extent) mostly genetic?

All of my father's side has this short wide subhuman torso, if I had a longer one even one that was average length I would be 6'2ft still incel most likely but not a manlet at 6ft am I coping or what? My legs are 1.7 longer than torso as a white

Is this mostly genetic or hormonal?
