I feel like I waste so much time tbh by doing deadlifts and squats. It takes away so much energy and it's annoying asf. I'm thinking of just doing Romanian Deadlifts and a few sets of Front Squats because my legs are already big asf. Thoughts? Rn I do like 16 sets a week for lower body which is annoying asf.

nah it really does tie in your physique plus its good for adding weight overall. My physique started looking way better when I dialed in my legs. get leen so u can see those striations. I just walk around with 3" shorts with a hoodie on and tubo mog all normies
 
Just make sure they're proportionate to the rest of your body
 
No its not,but its annoying af thats for sure

train once a week, thats the fix, and yeah rdl front squats lying leg curls and leg extension myoreps will give u some gains just by training once a week, good luck boyo

workout routines are meme just do something like bulgarian squat,lunges,hip thrust, leg ext, and tons of calves.

Im building my own, i had 2 leg days but its too much since i got good legs and im manlet,

for that only day, in my personal training I would recommend.

4 Sets lying leg curls 15-20 Reps slow descend hold at top. and stretch at bottom.
4 Sets front squats for good pumped quads
3 sets RDL in the same place as the front squats
1 Myorep series on the leg extension machine (death quads)
Bunch of lunges with sore asf legs.
Also do some calf training
 
I work out every day and train my legs every day along with my upper body muscles. Just do it like that. It's better to have large legs rather than just a large upper body anyway.
