I feel like I waste so much time tbh by doing deadlifts and squats. It takes away so much energy and it's annoying asf. I'm thinking of just doing Romanian Deadlifts and a few sets of Front Squats because my legs are already big asf. Thoughts? Rn I do like 16 sets a week for lower body which is annoying asf.
