Prob depends on ur genetics, my legs are naturally huge but if you have actual chicken legs its worth it

I don’t have chicken legs. Mine are naturally huge aswell.
then just do maintenance volume, just a few sets per week. nothing crazy just like 2 sets of leg extensions after your main movement

No, train them up to a point you’re happy with and then maintain. You don’t want huge fat gymcel legs but you also don’t want them to be skinny as fuck. Legs should be proportional to your upper body. My legs already had some size from being fat but I worked my way up to being able to squat and RDL 2 plates and some change. I’m happy with their size in proportion to my upper body now, so I just maintain that size with minimal effort.

Boosts hormone production, training only upper body make u look weird having chicken legs is weird your symmetry will be off , leg day isnt optional bro its important as the rest gl
