Im 16 and want to start chewing to get a wider jaw area is that a good idea and does it even look good after. Should i do it during puberty or wait will it even make a difference

not cope but might js give u bloated look depends on insertions or sumn not sure but i would give it a try clench on a cloth or sumn

I also ended up getting tmj because chewing wears down your condyles.:feelswhy:

When i clench i see my gonions going outward like really well when I clench my jaw area looks really good does that mean my insertions are good cuz ik people on tiktok reccomend it dont flame me for this
