Im 16 and want to start chewing to get a wider jaw area is that a good idea and does it even look good after. Should i do it during puberty or wait will it even make a difference

Bones gives you the width that you want not muscles but chewmaxxing is the true bonesmashing so chew hard food

training your masseters will just make your jaw look weird as fuck
 
not cope but might js give u bloated look depends on insertions or sumn not sure but i would give it a try clench on a cloth or sumn

I also ended up getting tmj because chewing wears down your condyles.:feelswhy:

Planning for jaw surgery gives you definitive bone mass increase results though and doesnt damage your health.

When i clench i see my gonions going outward like really well when I clench my jaw area looks really good does that mean my insertions are good cuz ik people on tiktok reccomend it dont flame me for this
