Yes it's good, just make sure to increase the strength of the tret gradullay BUT you're much better off going for oral tretinoin aka isotretinoin.

Mark as solution.

accutane/isotret (same thing) will be much better
also ask ur girl classmates if they know a good derma, i found a blackpill looksmaxxer dermatologist from them and she prescribed me low dose isotret on the first checkup even though my acne isn't that bad :)

just go use indiamart
accutane isnt like a omega deadly poison that would kill if you dont blood test and monitor everything

or just order it online and skip the whole prescription process

less irritating and would work on texture like acne scarring unlike tret

if you dont have texture issues at all, then sure stick with tret but both are around the same price point
taz is better for scarring than tret?

taz is better for scarring than tret?
yes because tret doesn't work for scarring

the best topicals for scarring are taz (and some other retinoids but not tret) and topical AHAs like lactic and glycolic (but low concentration like 5-10%). don't listen to anyone trying to convince u that anything else works topically for scarring

damn I just got my tret for scarring and hyperpigmentation. So is taz just superior in every way? Not just for scarring but hyperpigmentation also? People have told me taz and tret have the same effectiveness but its just less irritating so I just got tret because its more accessible. Also what do you think about oral tranexamic acid for hyperpigmentation?

Pretty much yeah taz is all around better

I’m like the only guy here that promotes oral txa I’ve looked into it a lot and it’s a nuke for PIH and it will help PIE/redness a bit but still a very significant amount. Though if you got PIH just get oral txa and maybe injectable glutathione as a secondary/add on for skin quality and forget everything else

Yea I got both PIH and PIE. Thing is I also need something for scarring as well when i was 13 i was a retard and would pop every pimple I would get. I don't have any serious or deep scars that are visible normally but when i tilt my head sideways into the light while looking at the mirror I have some streaks and circle/squarish spots that are a tiny bit sunken in compared to the rest of my skin.

Ill def get txa and taz hopefully my supplier has it. Yea im taking liposomal gluta along with astax and lyco. I know injectable gluta is alot better but I read a study where they compared topical , oral, and Intravenous glutathione and intra raised the gluta levels in plasma the highest but 32% of the subjects experienced bad side effects so I just stuck with oral. I also haven't really found anyone on this site who does the injectable and im high inhib on shit that not a lot of people do especially for injectables.

Have you tried injecting glutathione?
