dude im using 0.05 taz every other day , keeping track of everything and im 100% sure my skin is perfectly fine

but im purging brutally , was the purging bad for you as well when you were doing things right?
I purged pretty bad as well for the first few weeks. Believe me it gets much better in my experience. Just keep using it without quitting and your skin will get used to it.

Make sure you are using an spf 50 pa++++ or a really strong zinc oxide mineral sunscreen (20 plus %) if you are sensitive to other sunscreens EVERYDAY. Even inside as UV rays can undo the effects and cause more irritation.

A b5 moisturizer can also aid in barrier repair, I recommend the one from The Minimalist...

its not better. Accutane is the best option. Also use vitamin C serum 2 a day for glowing skin

Tazarotene has performed better for collagen, accutane is better for deeper inflammation and acne ofc cause it penetrates way deeper. Use accutane for actual active acne and tazarotene for the more collagen benefits after you have cleared your active acne.

accutane will not do anything to your liver unless you take 120mg+ a day with no bloodwork for a whole year

the only side effect of accutane is its brutal dryness cracking and pain

Taz ascended me hard af but yeah in the beginning I put way too much like a retard and made my acne way worse and it absolutely sucked.

I'm like 3 months in now and skin is much better, and will keep improving. Not even using the 0.1 either I'm using 0.05. I'm gonna cop the derminator as well to max out my skin and get 0.1 in the future after I finish the 0.05 tubes I got from my derm a while ago.

A b5 moisturizer can also aid in barrier repair, I recommend the one from The Minimalist https://global.beminimalist.co/en-ca/products/vitamin-b5-10-moisturizer. b5 is under 500 daltons so it will penetrate the skin well unlike some other cope ingredients.

One more thing to keep in mind when using any other skincare products is to check ingredients on https://acneclinicnyc.com/pore-clogging-ingredients/. Just paste ingredients list on it and don't use products that are flagged.

Other than that, just be healthy lifestyle wise as well and you should be fine:)

You will be ok as long as you aren't malnourished and devoid of nutrients which I highly doubt. Just check the products you are using now for comedogenic ingredients using the site I provided.(y)
