Is tret even worth it?

For some reason i never had to deal with acne deep in my skin , but for some fucking reason the right side of my check near the nose is keep getting deep pimples and they are going on my nerves . I dont have any pimples anywhere in my face but so many in that specific spot

So is it worth it to get tret from my dermatologist
