Is tret safe to use?

I have gotten really bad skin gets acne on cheeks and don't say its because of pillow cover cause i change it everyday i am thinking of buying tret i just wanna know which one to start with and does it carry some side effects with it

All retinoids are quite safe, you might want to start wearing sunscreen though.

I would just use accutane instead

Very safe, but every concentration at one time so you dont have to buy it with different orders but start with 0.025% if you have normal to dry skin, for me I am very very oily and started at 0.1% with no sides, but most people cannot do this

ig then 0.01 would work for me my skin is oily asf

Pretty much safe, although I got a crazy sunburn on tret cuz I forgot to apply spf which healed in 5 days
