its a step below accutane but definately best topical you could use for your skin, makes aging decrease, makes skin glow, it's just great all around, dries your skin heavily tho so you have to moisturize lots

Should I start a few days a week to see how my skin reacts first

2 days a week for 2 weeks, then 3-4 days a week for 2 weeks, then everyday but be sure to moisturize, thats what I did.

Oral retinol is great too actually, if you are a good microdosing responder. Same risk of toxicity and sides with higher dosages though.. and yeah I believe oral retinoids are probably superior for anti-aging too as it effectively reaches bottom living layer of your skin cells always unlike topicals with poor absorption. Could be wrong but it is convenient as f anyway lol.

Yes OP retinoids are superior for clear skin and good skin in general lol. Everything else are basically copes or near copes and cost magnitudes more. I laugh at women for ex with their "clear skin routines" that still got a lot of acne and never get their skin good, then fraud it with makeup... Lol. Even worse are those selling skincare regimens doing before vs afters with makeup claiming success when they just frauded away their acne and skin with makeup.. disgusting lol.
