Is tretinoin worth it even with no acne?

I don't have any problems with my skin like acne. Only that it can look a little rough with some texturing and sebaceous filaments on my nose and blackheads on my forehead. It kinda looks like this picture with my nose and the same on the cheeks under my eyes. Would tret help me or be more of a burden?
