Is tretinoin worth it

i’m thinking of using tretinoin cream for my face as isotretinoin (acutane) isn’t really available in my country and it has too many side affects anyway so is tretinoin cream worth it .
i don’t really have acne but my sebaceous filaments are so large

Tretinoin can help but accutane would be a lot better but since u can't get it I would just try and just eat healthy and fix gut health and if u want u can try ghk-cu it has helped me a bit with my acne

ghk-cu is very expensive for me so i cant afford it unfortunately
