yeah and i've seen threads about accutane actually linked to impairing the endocrine system, which actually gives the age old accutane myth of stunting growth some truth. I'd have to look into it further though

it is worth it, if you see many people approving and stating that it has positive results, ofc you should do it

Accutane is a weird thing with a ton of potential sides but with ancillaries and bloodwork most should be good
