Is tretinoin worth it?

Is tret even worth running if I don’t have acne and barely get any pimples? I mainly wanna improve my skin texture and get that smooth/glowy look. I’m just wondering if I’m gonna end up purging like crazy and fucking up my skin for no real benefit.

you cant really purge like crazy if you dont have acne in the first place. if you want better skin texture and a smooth look, you can use azaleic acid for "smoothness" and 0.025% tret cream EOD. you dont really need more than that.
