Is trimax worth it or just save up more money?

Have a choice to either have my surgery paid for by my family or take the money for myself. I’d consider myself hltn I’d say and always wanted to improve. I have 4k saved myself as I’m about to finish college and don’t know what to do. Either they will pay my trimax jaw surgery in full 34kusd for everything (my quoted total) or they can give me the money for myself? I don’t know what to do.
I’m about to be 22 btw.

I’d say the ROI is huge on something like this, you can make that money whenever and if you’re unsure of what to do with it, leaving it idle in a bank account is just going to be a net negative as opposed to surgery where the impact on your quality of life will surely yield positive economic rent i.e., you’ll consider the benefit more valuable than the cost.

if you are genuinely a case for a trimax, there's very few other possible investments you can make that would give you better ROI on the money
