Is trt worth for a guy with average t levels?

Lets say a guy with Total t of 470 and free t 0.107 (range is from 0.057-0.178) would go on trt (100-200mg). How much could the increase from 470 to around 1000 benefit him? Is this worth shutting down own endocrine production?
I heard that only levels supraphysiological levels would make a real difference, and it doesnt really matter if your testosterone is low or high end of the reference range. Is it really more about androgen sensitivity?

Increased muscle gains and more agressive behaviour/less anxiety.
Have you maximized your endogenous production, or do you want your T to be borderline superphysiological.

Red is best for testicles

If you over-do it with NIR, you can overdose and decrease test levels

Sometimes I feel hypogonadal at 680 test. 470 must be brootal
 
Just increase calories and carbs plus decreasing PUFA intake.
Afterwords eat more fat soluble Vitamins (A, D, K, K2 MK-4) (a - beef liver, D- bare chested sun exposure, K - well boiled Kale every once in a while, K2 MK-4 - Thorne drops supplement
