He got flow, lyrics, a good message, and a dominating personality he is the goat imo (also Eminem and Biggie are contenders I like Kanye too but he is more of a producer / pop artist)

Kendrick and Kanye artistically mog. Kendrick is lyrically better and GKMC >> All eyez on me. Kanye as you said isn’t predominantly a rapper but his discography is leagues better than Pac’s. Main reason pac and biggie are viewed as goats is because they died in their artistic primes. It’s like if eminem died directly after 8 mile and never got to drop a bad album

And he slayed despite being 5’7 due to his good looks and status. Yeah tupac isn’t a PSL god but he had insane appeal at that time. To this day foids go crazy for him.
