Both men and women have legs, jaws, hair etc. What you mean to say is; "Is an excessive amount of undereye support and inframalar projection too feminine looking for a man to have", since it's obvious it is not inherently feminine in itself.

It's definitely more powerful but I think on a man it would start meaning to much. A good amount of averageness is needed to be attractive and nicki level on a man would look uncanny
