Asians on average have shittiest maxillas they just have laterally projected zygos. Blacks generally have well developed lower maxillas and recessed upper maxillas giving them protruding mouths. Whites have the best eye areas for 3 reasons.
1. Brow ridge.
2. Under eye support.
3. IPD.

Whites are very forward grown. I don't know where this idea of them being recessed comes from. Look how far in front of their eyes their mouth is. A pouty upper lip is a default White trait. A recessed maxilla has a caved in upper lip and Whites seldom have their feature. Goes without saying their undereye support is top tier. You can see how much soft tissue and bone is beneath the eye where the lower lid almost looks like it's in front of the eye itself.

Whites have the best zygos (asians have bigger ones but they are lowset, where as whites have smaller ones that are highset adding support to the undereye/upper maxilla area). Menas, curries/pakis especially etc. and some blacks have really bad orbits compared to whites, weak supraorbital and infraorbital projection as well as larger orbits which gives them protruding eyes with a rounded look. Asians have a flatter maxilla with no nasal projection, cheekbones project a lot laterally but not much forward growth as the whole maxilla is flat. Blacks have decent maxillary forward growth however their neurocranium/forehead, browridge and upper maxilla are often recessed giving them an anteface. Also heir chin is usually recessed as well as their anterior nasal spine despite decent maxilla/mandible forward growth. Whites and nordics/german/anglos especially have significantly better upper maxillas/zygos, orbits and upper thirds compared to other ethnicities. Their compact orbital shape influenced by the forward growth of both the upper third and the upper maxilla and zygos gives them better eye areas overall better eye areas (and yes undereye support too).
