you will get dopamine regardless what u do

when you rot on internet or listen to music etc u get insant dopamine

but for example when you try to learn a new instrument at first its pure torture and frustration but as you get better u get small dopamine spikes

and after a while you get really good and get huge dopamine spike + u feel proud of yourself + you might get validation for your skill

so the latter is a lot better in the bigger picture
