Is unnecessary accutane worth the risk?

I'm 16, hopping on test, mast and gh in summer (4 months time.) Before then, should I do isotret to fix skin texture/ get rid of very mild acne. I want to run it for the permanent pore shrinking effect and a smaller looking nose. My nose has sebaceous filament rn, very similar to the pic attached. Is it worth taking isotret for something so small? Or should I try topical retinoids to avoid potentially getting dry eye

I ran 40mg2x a day doctor prescribed and it fixed my acne, only thing that would do it. Only side effect was that my skin was soooo dry like you wouldn’t understand. Since your acne isn’t bad I would suggest a lower dose and maintain it

Lower dose + maintaining isn't that good for the pore shrinking effect. You need a cumulative dose of >120mg/kg so 11160mg for me over the entire time using it. Microdosing something like 20mg/day would suppress acne but would take ages to reach the ideal cumulative dose and i only have like 3/4 months

No has to your plane but 120mg is a crazy dose and side effects might be very strong

Read it again. I didn’t mention dose. When I said >120mg/mg I was talking about the amount you need for the entire treatment, that can be over a long or shorter period of time
