Is using minoxidil in the bath after shortly wettening your hair bad or good?

I thought about lying in the bath for about 5-10 minutes letting minoxidil soak in, then I apply nizoral but would the humidity in the air not let it adhere? even if I let it rest on my scalp for 10 mins before applying nizoral and showering

Bad. Wetting the skin makes it more permeable which means more of the minoxidil will get into the bloodstream instead of being localized. It will have more systemic effects, and minoxidil is cardiotoxic.
