Do it at your own risk, Mk677 may increase HGH which may make you taller as long as your growth plates aren't fused, which is likely. Though the pathway through which Mk677 does this isn't direct, so the boost in HGH is not that great. Regardless, it's something and may help you maximize your natural potential.

Take 10mg 5 days on 2 days off. Make sure to pair with a blood sugar regulator, as you may fucking get diabetes if you don't. There are tons of options for this, you're kinda on your own on this one, but look into SLIN pills, or anything with barberine, cinnamon, or other extracts with the properties. Barberine supplementation is your second-best option to SLIN pills, as far as I'm aware.
