Benzos are dangerous but if you use it very infrequently like as u said for a presentation they work amazing. Propanol also is used a lot for stage freight

this tbh benzos won't help your anxiety in the long run. If u want one though use Ativan it doesn't dope you out as much. 2mg would be fine. Presentations are not that hard though.

Just memorise your speech so you're not fumbling palm cards like an idiot and speak with a semi-formal tone.
