Is vaping bad for your looks?

I’ve been smoking for about 2 years and I look better than I did before I started. However I’ve heard people say smoking can negatively affect your face so I’m looking for answers.

I mean your physical endurance is prob a lot worse now. but you wont get lung cancer next year. I started with 13 and am now 16 and I dont have any health problems. but it varies from person to person.
